Yoga is an ancient healing art that began in India over five thousand years ago.
I came to escape life... and through yoga and meditation at the Inn, I learned to embrace it. I took some time just to be, and in the being, learned the sound of birds’ wings in flight, the smell of sea mist, the endless colours of nature. Thank you, Galiano Inn.

During the summer months we hold 90 minute yoga and meditation classes outside in the gardens. Enjoy the breathtaking water views and fresh ocean air!
