Reflexology dates back beyond ancient Egypt. There are more than 7200 nerve endings at the bottom of our feet, which interconnect with all nerve pathways in the body when stimulated. THAI TRADITIONAL MASSAGE:

Thai Traditional Massage is an ancient treatment involving gentle yoga-like stretches and deep pressure involving the body's meridians (energy lines). Thai massage increases blood flow and oxygen and unblocks stagnate energy to bring about a sense of well-being.

The massage is done with loose clothing on that is provided for you.  Hot herbal compresses can be added to further relieve tension for an additional $20.
