Our special aromatherapy blend of oils will help melt stress away. Our spa therapist begins by massaging your feet, then your hands. A relaxing head massage follows, which alleviates headaches and tension. A warm compress is placed on the area of greatest tension, whether it is your neck, your shoulders, or your back. With a relaxing massage of the neck and back and shoulders ensuring that all your troubles are left behind.

THAI TRADITIONAL MASSAGE:

Thai Traditional Massage is an ancient treatment involving gentle yoga-like stretches and deep pressure involving the body's meridians (energy lines). Thai massage increases blood flow and oxygen and unblocks stagnate energy to bring about a sense of well-being.

The massage is done with loose clothing on that is provided for you. Hot herbal compresses can be added to further relieve tension for an additional $20.

REFLEXOLOGY:

Reflexology dates back beyond ancient Egypt. There are more than 7200 nerve endings at the bottom of our feet, which interconnect with all nerve pathways in the body when stimulated. Therapeutically it increases circulation flow to and into organs and body meridians to flush away mineral deposits, etc. that tend to build up and inhibit proper circulation. It soothes the nervous system so it can enter “rest and repair mode” (parasympathetic nervous system) where the body is then able to deeply relax and it innate abiity to heal itself is supported.

Reflexology distresses both body and mind, and boosts the immune system..
