Reservations can be made via email to our Reservations desk at info@galianoinn.com or by telephone toll-free at 1-877-530-3939

Reservations should be made directly with the spa and the restaurant at time of booking to ensure you receive the dinner times and spa treatments that you would prefer.

Reservations should be made as much in advance as possible. It is advisable to book your travel arrangements, either via ferry or floatplane, at the time of booking your accommodations. Please understand that some weekends require a two night minimum, if one of the night's requested is a Saturday night: please contact the Inn for more information.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit payment of 50% of your reservation, or a minimum of one night, to confirm a reservation. As an island resort, last minute cancellations do impact us considerably and, consequently, we are happy to refund your deposit (less a $20 administration fee for each room booked) only if cancellations are made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

If you should need to check out before the last day of your reservation, you will need to pay for the days reserved, unless we are able to rent the room.

Madrona del Mar Spa guests should refer to the Spa Cancellation policy and ensure that any changes to your spa treatments or times are made if necessary, to avoid any charges. Some outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and, if they are provided as part of a package, an alternative activity of equal value will be substituted, to ensure you have a full vacation experience.

Tariffs

Room rates are based on double occupancy, exclusive of taxes and gratuities. Additional persons in a room are $30, where they can be accommodated (select oceanfront king rooms)

For the comfort of our guests, and in keeping with the philosophy of our spa and wellness retreat, we are an adult-oriented destination, however, children are welcome.

We have a no smoking policy at our resort; smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only. A cleaning charge is assigned if there is any smoking in the guest suites.

Secure bicycle storage is available.

Sorry we are not able to accommodate pets at this time.

Check in times are from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. check out times are from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
